    As the **Senior Business Program Manager, WW Consumer Channel Sales** , you will help support and drive growth through collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across Microsoft (both cross-function and cross-business), to influence the direction and success of CCS. You will be responsible for ensuring both the CCS rhythm of the business and Go-To-Market Planning motion run smoothly and effectively, optimizing for efficiency to enable best-in-class execution excellence.     Responsibilities

    ROB (Rhythm of Business) Planning & Framework

    + Design and lead the end-to-end CCS Rhythm of Business (ROB) strategy, including the operating model, calendar of deliverables, and governance framework.

    + Align monthly, quarterly, annual, and seasonal business rhythms across WDS (Windows Device Sales), CCS Leadership Team, and all functional and regional stakeholders to ensure the ROB is effective, inclusive, and business-aligned.

    + Integrate ROB with GTM motions, Readiness Reviews, and strategic initiatives to create a cohesive and synchronized operating cadence.

    + Author and maintain the CCS Operating Model, ROB documentation, and Communications Plan to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.

    Organizational Communications

    + Drive CCS-wide communications to evangelize key business and readiness rhythms.

    + Provide clear guidance on the purpose, objectives, roles and responsibilities, cadence, meeting structure, attendees, and workback timelines for each ROB beat to enable successful execution across teams.

    Calendar & Cadence Management

    + Maintain and continuously optimize the ROB calendar to ensure transparency, predictability, and sufficient lead time for all stakeholders.

    + Coordinate fiscal year planning, monthly business reviews, and seasonal readiness meetings to align with strategic priorities and execution timelines.

    Meeting Governance & Structure

    + Oversee the structure and execution of all ROB-related meetings.

    + Manage agendas, workbacks, and alignment with business objectives.

    + Facilitate executive-level monthly business reviews, including run-of-show coordination, time tracking, running slides, and post-meeting follow-ups.

    + Ensure full CCS team engagement and execution across all business planning and readiness beats.

    Content & Deliverables Oversight

    + Own end-to-end content development for all business reviews and readiness meetings across stakeholders.

    + Manage templates, decks, secure content posting, and coordination of review cycles.

    + Ensure consistency, scalability, and standardization of content across teams, and advocate for automation and simplification of reporting views.

    Cross-Team Alignment

    + Collaborate with finance, category leads, CCPM, and regional teams to ensure ROB deliverables align with line-of-business strategies and priorities.

    + Coordinate seasonal and biannual planning cycles (e.g., holiday readiness, back-to-school, H1/H2 account reviews).

    + Partner with the CCS business manager community to streamline messaging and drive consistency in process and guidance across all regions.

    Change Management & Optimization

    + Continuously evaluate and refine ROB rhythms to ensure they remain agile and aligned with evolving business needs.

    + Promote simplicity, clarity, and operational efficiency.

    + Introduce new beats or formats based on stakeholder feedback and strategic direction, while retiring outdated or redundant processes.

    Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning – Program Management

    + Lead the consumer go-to-market motion (aka “CRISP”) Channel Readiness & Integrated Planning end-to-end, including strategy, governance, stakeholder alignment, and communications.

    + Manage a comprehensive seasonal planning framework to guide execution of our GTM motion, activities, and product launches for each selling cycle.

    + Drive seasonal planning guidance by ensuring clarity on business priorities, with collaboration across Go-To-Market and Product Marketing Management teams to develop content and support plans for Worldwide Go-To-Market planning.

    + Partner across organizations and drive timelines for seasonal priority setting and Go-To-Market preparation to support global partner execution.

    + Manage CRISP Trackers on Teams, ensuring milestone status updates and cross-org alignment with how we will collectively go-to-market for the upcoming seasonal planning cycle. Driving evolution and/or mitigation as needed to meet changing business strategy, planning and execution needs.

    + Publish monthly CRISP communications for executive visibility and stakeholder engagement.

    + Own onboarding and documentation for new CRISP stakeholders, ensuring clarity on process, accountability, and deliverables.

    + Vendor Management: work with v-resources to prioritize their work and coordinate projects for business support.

    Qualifications

    Required/minimum qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 4+ years' experience in program management.

    Additional or preferred qualifications

    + Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + Proficient communicateion skills, cross cultural skills, project management skills in creating leading impactful RoB cross regions and functions.

     

    Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
