The Nuance Healthcare & Life Science Finance Team is looking for a Finance Manager who will focus on revenue performance analysis, annual and long-range planning, and deliver deep analytical insights to drive customer and revenue growth. This individual will develop reporting processes to support analytics on product performance to support close, forecast, quarterly review cycles, and budget. This role is deeply collaborative and requires close partnerships and orchestration work across the broader Cloud + AI Finance org, as well as various business partner teams.

Responsibilities
+ Assists in the execution of annual revenue planning and forecasting process as well as monthly close cycles. Completes analysis, modeling, and research to support preliminary and adjusted forecast cycles. Partners and solicits insight from business and commercial stakeholders.
+ Provides business insights and recommendations to peers and stakeholders to achieve revenue and profitability goals and drive shareholder return, including resource allocation, cost optimization, revenue generation, trends, and future requirements.
+ Play a key role in consolidating financials and driving transparency across business health, CFT, and other stakeholders throughout the ROB processes.
+ Manages and executes processes through engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates with business leaders to define action plans for financial and business analysis findings.
+ Contributes to new and unconventional methods and approaches to data collection, analysis, interpretation, and financial models. Provides advice and direction to teammates and peers on data management and operations.
+ Collaborates with relevant groups from services, marketing, partner sales, and R&D to drive both organic & inorganic strategy setting and decision-making.
+ Leads efforts to leverage technology to increase productivity and to ensure accurate conclusions.
Protect
+ Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes. Drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies. Collaborates with Compliance groups to ensure team is current on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ years of experience leveraging finance tools including Excel, Power BI, and AI to generate actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in financial modeling.
+ Ability to synthesize complex data and scenarios into actionable insights and compelling business cases.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to zoom out and drive big-picture strategy when needed.
+ Self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, skilled at prioritization across multiple concurrent workstreams.
+ Confident communicator who tailors messaging to diverse audiences, including leadership.
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
