The People Operations organization delivers a comprehensive platform for end-to-end operational services and employee life-cycle experiences. Our scope spans Employee Self-Service, support, hire-to-retire processes, and the enablement of HR programs.
The **HR Business Process Manager,** **Hiring** plays a key role in delivering high-quality hiring experiences for our candidates, employees, and hiring managers. You will execute, govern, and continuously improve our hiring processes. This includes understanding key business outcomes and designing or improving processes to best meet those goals – by assessing process performance using metrics and data, by monitoring compliance and controls, and by contributing requirements to improve systems and tools. You will also facilitate process-level change management activities to ensure shared understanding and adherence to process across our global Hiring community.
Responsibilities
Process Design and Execution
Executes the process in accordance with compliance and controls. Facilitates end-to-end process view by providing data, research, and assessment results to manager and team. Facilitates stakeholder collaboration to drive process outcomes, with guidance. Compiles information on pain points to assist with identification of alternative solutions and options to resolve challenges with business partners.
Designs the process and defines business outcomes for simple processes/parts of a process to assess process performance by conducting research and investigations. Facilitates work to help define yearly goals, anchoring to industry standards and process measures, implementing controls, maintaining compliance, optimizing customer experience, and helping to drive cost down.
Process Governance
Executes end-to-end governance for simple processes/parts of a process. Documents flow, controls, underlying systems, and requirements needed.
Process Maintenance and Optimization
Monitors and evaluates processes, including running and measuring metrics to ensure the process is performing as expected. Conducts data analysis to support a straightforward process/part of a process and provides evidence for identifying opportunities (e.g., aligning to industry standards, increasing productivity/efficiency, maintaining compliance/controls). Facilitates benchmarking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicates findings to their manager to maintain continuous feedback loops across stakeholders.
Facilitates process-level change management efforts, using working understanding of the business (e.g., readiness, timing, impact on stakeholders, data, tools, systems, policy, return on investment [ROI]).
Incorporates process methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, Prosci) to suggest process-level process improvements, including optimizing, maintaining, and transforming current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Compiles feedback from others to build a business case for change and shares with manager.
Process Risk Management
Executes process-level risk mitigation controls and/or anticipates risk across a simple process lifecycle (e.g., design, execution, optimization, evaluation), including logging and tracking risk. Shares process risk information with team.
Qualifications
Required/Minum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field AND 2+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years experience in delivering within a complex business environment that requires business acumen, judgment and decision making, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.s
Process Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
