Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Program Manager** to work at a Facility in **Bennington, VT.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

Shift Details:

+ Class: PM Shift: 1 Start: 08:00:00 End: 17:00:00

Job Responsibilities:

+ Oversee and manage multiple related projects.

+ Ensure all projects align with company goals and objectives.

+ Coordinate between different teams and departments.

+ Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance.

+ Identify and manage risks or issues.

+ Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.

+ Support project managers and provide guidance.

+ Ensure quality and consistency across projects.

+ Prepare reports and documentation.

+ Lead meetings and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ **At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Program Manager**

+ Strong leadership and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

+ Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
