We are seeking an Advertising Technology (AdTech) Infrastructure Engineer to join our AdTech team. This role will be instrumental in designing, building, and modernizing AdTech infrastructure to enable faster, more reliable, and more scalable campaign execution.
As we migrate AdTech capabilities in-house, this position will lead efforts to reduce implementation and increase system reliability, empowering Media and Engineering teams to execute campaigns with greater speed, precision, and confidence.
The AdTech Infrastructure Engineer will partner closely with Engineering, Media Operations, and Platform teams to develop and optimize key systems such as Offline Conversion Import (OCI), Conversions Application Programming Interface (CAPI), pixel frameworks, and observability pipelines. This role requires a mix of technical depth, systems thinking, and an understanding of the AdTech ecosystem to deliver high-performance, future-ready infrastructure.

Responsibilities
+ Design, build, and scale AdTech infrastructure including OCI integrations, CAPIs, pixel management systems, and observability frameworks.
+ Modernize legacy AdTech systems to enable in-house ownership, improving performance, reliability, and deployment speed.
+ Develop observability, logging, and monitoring frameworks to ensure uptime and rapid issue detection across all AdTech components.
+ Collaborate with Engineering and Media teams to ensure seamless integration of campaign activation, measurement, and data ingestion systems.
+ Automate deployment and configuration pipelines to reduce manual implementation time.
+ Partner with privacy and compliance teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with global data governance and marketing regulations.
+ Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement in scalability, reliability, and security.
+ Experience on AdTech infrastructure design, integration patterns, and operational best practices.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 4+ years of experience in Advertising Technology (AdTech), Marketing Technology (MarTech), or cloud infrastructure engineering roles.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
