    What You Will Do:

+ Translate high-level business goals into actionable engineering strategies and ensure the UX function is a core component

+ Influence the portfolio and organizational strategy by building strong executive relationships across the BU, cross-functional engineering teams, and operations (People, Finance, etc.)

+ Provide thought leadership on emerging UX trends, methodologies, and technologies, advocating for continuous innovation and improvement

    Organizational Leadership & High-Performing Culture

+ Establish clear goals, KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate organizational performance and drive continuous growth and development

Data-Driven Customer Centricity & Operational Excellence

+ Drive a systemic, customer-first mindset across a large user experience organization.

+ Lead and oversee the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept ideation to prototyping, testing, and iteration

+ Champion a data-driven culture within your organization, utilizing analytics and financial insights to inform strategic decisions

+ Monitor key UX metrics and performance indicators, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and prioritize areas for improvement

+ Lead coherent efforts in areas identified for continuous improvement and determine the course of action for organization-wide engineering efforts, to include establishing and refining processes for a highly efficient, scalable and reliable software delivery model

+ Initiate and sponsor ambitious, cross-organizational initiatives that disrupt or create new capabilities for the organization

+ Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to amplify the User Experience function's impact

+ Automate UX Research and Data Analysis by directing the use of AI to analyze vast amounts of user interaction data, synthesize qualitative research (like interviews and surveys), perform sentiment analysis, and identify patterns and insights that would be time-consuming for associates to do manually

+ Accelerate design iteration and prototyping through championing AI tools that streamline repetitive tasks like A/B testing, generate design suggestions, assist in wireframing and create functional prototypes from sketches, freeing up designers for complex, creative problem-solving

+ Enable hyper-personalization:; utilize AI's predictive analytics capabilities to help teams forecast user needs, behavior, and preferences, allowing for the design and delivery of real-time, personalized and adaptive user experiences at scale

+ Enhance accessibility by driving the application of AI-powered assistive technologies to automatically enhance and personalize interfaces, meet diverse user needs and improve overall accessibility
