Summary of Role:
Acts as an IT operations application lead working together with the Managed services partners, IT development group, Vendors and business team.
The key responsibilities are to manage IT system operations, System maintenance, Patching, Upgrades and system transition of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in AMS Operations
+ Experience in Application Management Services & Service Deliveries.
+ Expertise in ITSM Processes and Procedures (Incident, Problem & Change Management) and familiarity with ITIL framework
+ Experience in CAB (Change Advisory Board) Review for Change Management
+ Experience in Service Operations Transition & Stabilization
+ Knowledge of Oracle EBS, SAP S4, CRM Dynamics, Workday as AMS Lead
+ Experience Supporting Internal & External Audit Activities (SOX/ITAC/ITGC etc.)
+ Experience driving Yearly Disaster Recovery Test & DST Maintenance for BCP
+ Strong Problem solving skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or relevant experience.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., ITSM, PMP) will be preferred.
+ Good to have experience in Application Development and as Business Analyst.
+ Preferably Semiconductor/Manufacturing Industry experience.
Other Responsibilities:
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
+ Has the ability to Oversee daily IT application operations, escalation management
+ Has the ability to Identify opportunities to streamline AMS processes and improve efficiency.
+ Has the ability to ensure adherence to IT Operations Process & Procedure.
+ Has the ability to Monitor and report on SLO/SLA/KPI for AMS
+ Has the ability to Work with multiple IT Partners, Business & Manufacturing Team
+ Has the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive stakeholders
+ Self-starter and has very good Stakeholder Management skills and interpersonal skills.
+ Lead AMS projects and initiatives, such as Service Transition, FAB Downtimes, system upgrades or process redesign
Expected Salary Range
$106,100.00 - $200,000.00
