    Description

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Develops learning solutions for various areas of the company.

    + Continuously assesses, executes, and improves the New Manager Training Program.

    + Coordinates the details for leadership development sessions and New Manager Training Program.

    + Facilitates employee trainings.

    + Gathers and compiles information regarding trainings and analyzes and adjusts discrepancies.

    + Partners with Talent Management to support stakeholders to drive business and people strategies.

    + Partners with external vendors as needed.

    Knowledge and Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Education or related field or equivalent work experience.

    + 3-5 Years of applicable experience.

    + CPLP or CPT is desired or willingness to earn. Trainer Certified for technical & leadership facilitation desired. Franklin Covey, Gallup, Korn Ferry certifications, a plus.

    + Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design principles.

    + Experience developing successful instructor-led, e-learning and self-guided training courses and materials.

    + Experience facilitating both front line and senior leader participant groups preferred.

    + Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity and competing priorities while under time constraints/deadlines with minimal direction.

    + Interpersonal and analytical skills.

    + Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

    + Ability to guide and motivate others.

    + Must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team environment.

    + Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner.
