As an intern on our Videography team , you will be given specific projects to complete throughout the summer within the Creative Department, and the results of your projects will have a direct impact on our company. Here’s a sample of some of the recent projects our interns have worked on:

+ Shot & edited Paid & Organic S ocial Ads and Posts

+ Shot & edited Vlog -Style “ Day in the Life” Branded Content - coming Spring ’26!

+ Assist ed on set “ Behind the Design ” d eep dive product videos with merchandising team

+ Shot & edited content of our O utdoor D iscovery P rograms ( ODP) and 4 th of July Road Race

Key Responsibilities :

+ Attend relevant meetings that will drive work

+ Work with various cross-functional partners on key projects

+ Some schedule flexibility to work potential weekends while remaining within the 40 - hour time limits

Qualifications:

+ Submit a body of work of various videos (plus stills if you have) ideally on a portfolio website.

+ Show an adaptability in deliverables. Short vlog? Longer movie? Work on set? Vertical? Wide? Traditional advertising? Travel videos? We want to see how you solve problems, regardless of deliverable type .

+ Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university degree program; Strong preference will be given to rising Juniors, Seniors, and graduating Seniors

+ Experience with the Adobe Suite and Microsoft O ffice highly desired

+ Experience with Canon, Sony or Lumix cameras desired

+ Passion for retail combined with a strong desire to represent the L. L.Bean brand

+ Strong analytical, research, and demonstrated leadership skills

+ Flexibility and willingness to work where needed during the internship experience

+ Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively

+ Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data and presenting findings, Excel and PowerPoint

+ Curiosity, grit , and a growth mindset
