As a Business Management Associate in the JPMorgan Wealth Management's (JPMWM) Technology, you will be part of the broader JPMWM Product, Experience & Technology (PXT) team where you will gain an understanding of Wealth Management's strategic priorities and technology investment processes and execution, help manage and communicate with WM Technology leadership and broader Consumer & Community Banking Technology organization, and help execute key priorities and streamline processes. Your role is dynamic and varies according to the priorities of different lines of business. You will be at the forefront of this ever changing environment, and instrumental in optimizing technology and business performance. You will work in partnership with key stakeholders from Business, Finance, Product, Data, and Design.
Job responsibilities
+ Support the Technology Business Manager in driving strategic analyses/initiatives, preparing for key meetings, reviewing materials from multiple partners, and coordinating all aspects of the platform ranging from priorities to day-to-day issues/activities
+ Support preparation for business unit reviews and other key meetings
+ Support daily inquiries, integrate content and partner with function aligned business managers to drive effective and timely internal communications, including for offsites, periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly) leadership update, and others
+ Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
+ Communicate effectively with key business partners and internal stakeholders on the progress of the portfolio
+ Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
+ Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, communications, operations and/or strategic planning
+ Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders; attention to detail is a must
+ Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
+ Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
+ Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
+ Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
+ Strong time management and prioritization skills
+ Be flexible and open to work on ad-hoc initiatives as they arise
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Background in Wealth Management a plus
+ Prior experience within the Technology space
+ Experience with Jira nice to have
