    As the **Family Wealth Services Program Manager** within our Family Wealth Services team at JPMorgan Advisors, you will spend each day shaping and elevating our Family Lifestyle offering, while also providing critical support to the JPMA Cross Line of Business Partnership Group. Demonstrating strategic leadership and a commitment to best-in-class service, you will leverage your expertise in family wealth solutions to deliver tailored experiences for ultra-high-net-worth families.

     

    In this role, you will engage directly with both in-house and third-party lifestyle service providers across a curated range of categories-including cybersecurity, healthcare advisory, private aviation, education advisory, bill pay services, staffing, luxury travel, art and collectibles advisory, and more. You will collaborate closely with JPMA and CWM Financial Advisors, internal partner resources (such as Legal, Marketing, and Finance), and colleagues across other JPMC business lines to facilitate opportunities and drive cross-functional initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Efficiently manage and prioritize a high volume of client inquiries for Family Lifestyle services

    + Develop and maintain trackers used to report metrics on program activity and ensure responses are delivered in accordance with governing policies and procedures

    + Coordinate and facilitate introductory calls between advisors, clients, and lifestyle providers and ensure follow-ups tasks are completed

    + Develop and update internal reference material for advisors and client-facing content, including intranet content and newsletters

    + Partner with regional JPMA and CWM teams to educate advisors on our lifestyle services

    + Oversee tasks to ensure compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Control (LRCC) requirements including maintaining updated policies and procedures

    + Prepare supporting materials for audit requests

    + Contribute to the development of client event strategies including content creation, event logistics, LRCC approvals, internal communications

    + Act as the Family Lifestyle/Cross LOB Partnership team project manager, organizing meetings, setting agendas, taking meeting notes and managing project deliverables

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills

    + Bachelor's degree

    + 3 years of relevant work experience post-graduation

    + Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills

    + Detail oriented and responsive

    + Strong communication and relationship management skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro)

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills

    + Proven interest or experience in luxury brands, hospitality or concierge services aimed at ultra-high-net-worth clients

    + Experience in event management

    + Familiarity with wealth management or banking
