    **Pay Range:** $16.25- $26.50

    SUMMARY

    Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for the nighttime operation of the store. Oversees clerks and ensures that shelves are stocked and leveled properly. Responsible for ordering and receiving warehouse or DSD product and ensuring adequate levels of product inventory are kept on hand at all times to promote an optimal opportunity for sales.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.

    + Handle and merchandise all products according to company policy.

    + Display and communicate complete product knowledge to customers.

    + Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests.

    + Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards.

    + Oversee the entire Third Shift store operation.

    + Ensure proper shelf conditions, stock levels, leveling, and blocking of products.

    + Hang out-of-stock signs as needed.

    + Schedule all Night Crew Associates.

    + Manage Front End and Office operations, including check approvals and nightly resets.

    + Assist with ordering merchandise and supplies for the Grocery Department and meet transmission deadlines.

    + Store excess product in the Back Room or designated areas.

    + Maintain proper merchandising standards (e.g., shelf allocation and sale items).

    + Keep excess product organized in the Back Room per corporate guidelines.

    + Assist in hiring, training, and developing new Night Crew Associates.

    + Recommend or administer discipline for Night Crew Associates per company policy.

    + Manage refrigeration and security procedures during third shift.

    + Execute weekly and nightly resets.

    + Unload warehouse and DSD merchandise deliveries.

    + Evaluate performance and progress of Store Associates.

    + Ensure 3rd Shift Grocery Crew meets productivity standards and completes all tasks.

    + Implement and maintain corporate and state sanitation and pricing procedures.

    + Protect company inventory and assets.

    + Control shrink by following related policies and procedures.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    + Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Satisfactory performance reviews. Strong communication skills. High School Degree or equivalent. 3+ years of related experience.
