    WHAT WE PROVIDE:

    This is a seasonal position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX.     WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    The In-Park Revenue Department is currently seeking a qualified individual to provide elevated guest service to drive a new business unit inside our ESIX Sports Arena at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. ESIX location team members will provide light retail service (merchandise), aid guests with setting up game accounts, expand their understanding of the e-sports industry, as well as assist guests with rental of gaming PCs/consoles and equipment.

    HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

    + Engage with guests to enhance their experience within the gaming world within multiple platforms

    + Assume the role of party support character – providing excellent service appropriate to the situation and needs of the business

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    + **Must be at least 18 years old.**

    + Positive team player with a willingness to work within a group setting

    + General understanding of both PC and Console System Operation (PS5 & Xbox Series X)

    + Ability to troubleshoot game errors/issues within both PC and Console gaming

    + Experience with E-Sports events such as Tournaments, Speed Runs, etc.

    + A positive, forward-thinking attitude when working to resolve system glitches

    + Creative strategies will be needed to drive business both within the gaming community and beyond it.

    + **Familiarity with late-night or lengthy gaming sessions. The role will require occasional to frequent night and weekend hours, including holidays**

    + Comfortable working in a large social interaction facility – A THEME PARK striving to appeal to a wide range of guests – not just gamers.

    OTHER NOTES:

    + May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park as a whole

    + Reports to ESIX SPORTS Location Supervisor and In-Park Revenue Leadership
