    ### Job Duties

    • Provide individual and group direct support for individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

    • Document, in writing, any medical/behavioral problems observed.

    • Assist the clinical team and nursing staff in supporting client care.

    • Attend all staff meetings and trainings.

    • Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
