    RxBenefits is hiring! We are adding a Clinical Services Associate to our growing team in Birmingham, AL. This role will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Services Team in the strategic planning and delivery of clinical services in support of various internal and external clients. This position will assist the strategic consulting clinical pharmacists and management to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality is maintained.

    _Essential Job Responsibilities Include:_

    + Triages internal requests of a clinical nature in a timely manner with an outcome of researching and delivering a response to an internal request or redirecting to the most appropriate internal department

    + Utilizes a proprietary data analytics tool to retrieve, organize, and deliver data packages in a consistent format to strategic clinical consultant or innovation pharmacists in support of data analysis and report generation

    + Assists the manager of clinical services in department activity tracking, scheduling, and development/requests of presentations

    + Collates preliminary information for the strategic consultant clinical pharmacist in the performance of retrospective complex condition reviews for care management purposes.

    + Reaches out to physician’s offices to request additional information in support of the complex condition review process

    + Performs other duties as appropriate and assigned by Clinical Services Team management related to the department goals and objectives

    + All other duties as assigned

    _Required Skills / Experience:_

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Active Pharmacy Technician license in Alabama is required

    + Retail pharmacy and/or PBM claims systems experience is preferred

    + PTCB or other accredited national certification is required

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-functioning environment in order to meet deadlines while managing multiple high priority tasks which require great attention to detail

    + Knowledge of technology/platforms (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, PBM Systems, Salesforce)

    + Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills are required

    + Diligent focus to work with a strong ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn

     

    _Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is_ _$43,060 - $50,600_ _annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals._
