The Solstice Advanced Materials plant, located in Columbia, MO 65202, has an immediate opening on their production line for a **Production Operator.**

Pay:

+ $21/hr. starting pay

+ $1.00/hr. night shift premium

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

+ On the job training provided

+ Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)

+ Operate packaging lines

+ Monitor process to ensure quality objectives are met.

+ Troubleshoot and escalate production issues when required.

+ Follow all safety policies and procedures.

+ Maintain a safe and clean work area through daily housekeeping.

+ Work as a team to complete assigned tasks.

+ Will be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts

+ Shifts are 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am

Qualifications

Must Have:

+ Ability to collaborate with others and work independently

+ Ability to identify key details

+ Ability to troubleshoot where necessary

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction
