As a **Quality Engineer III** -Semiconductor Manufacturing here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will ensure product quality and reliability through effective quality engineering practices, develop and implement quality control systems, and analyze data for improvements. You will report directly to our Sr Quality Control Manager, and you’ll work out of our **Spokane Valley, WA** location
In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and specifications. By monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, you will identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements to our products. Your technical guidance and support will empower your team members to excel in their roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
+ Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
+ Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
+ Interact with customers resolving quality and reliability concerns / feedback

+ Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and nonconformities
+ Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutions
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and efficiency
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering,
+ 1-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
+ Strong knowledge of data analysis and SPC techniques.
+ Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
WE VALUE
+ Advanced Engineering degrees like Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering are desired
+ Experience with quality management systems and processes,
+ Six Sigma Green belt is preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.
+ Experience with SQL is preferred,
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Experience in Metal casting, Powder casting, or Thermal Mechanical Process is an advantage.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $71k - $88k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
