As a Sr. Production Planner here at Solstice, you will lead globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand.
You will report directly to our Production Planning Manager, and you’ll work out of our Baton Rouge, LA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning and execution process within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory and replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Responsible for developing and executing the monthly plan (SIOP) and all associated initiatives within the business to achieve on-time shipments to meet internal and external customer needs.
+ Drives efficiency across the supply chain through planning and forecasting material replenishment and a supply schedule that anticipates and adapts to variable demand requirements in support of the operating plan (SIOP).
+ Strategizes with the broader supply chain team on all opportunities to level-load the plan to drive improvements in service, quality, inventory, on-time shipment and delivery, order fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management, and growth.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 4+ years’ experience in the Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
+ Deep knowledge of product lifecycle events and transitions to support product portfolio vitality goals.
+ Expertise in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems.
+ Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
+ Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing.
+ APICS or CPIM Certification.
+ Expertise on leading/driving change and mentoring new leaders or peers.
+ Ability to solve complex organizational problems.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
