    As a Quality Engineering Manager here at Solstice, you will help shape our unwavering commitment to quality excellence. You are integral to ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. You will be responsible for leading and managing the quality engineering team and implementing robust quality control processes. Your main responsibilities include supporting a team of dedicated quality engineers and ensuring that high-quality products are consistently delivered to our customers. You will be conducting audits to identify opportunities for improvement, implement corrective and preventive actions, and guide the team with technical expertise.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to develop and implement quality control processes

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability

    + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

    + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve quality issues

    + Implement preventive measures to minimize quality defects and customer complaints

    Qualifications

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 6+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.

    + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

    + Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.

    + Experience leading and managing a team.

    + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification.

    + Experience in the manufacturing industry.

    + Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.

    + Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
