Description
The Document Control/Processor is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records in both physical and digital formats. This role ensures that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized personnel, supporting compliance, operational efficiency, and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
+ Receive, review, and process incoming documents for accuracy and completeness.
+ Maintain document control systems and databases, ensuring proper indexing and version control.
+ Distribute documents to appropriate departments and personnel in a timely manner.
+ Archive and retrieve documents as needed, ensuring secure storage and confidentiality.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and policies.
+ Support audits and inspections by providing requested documentation.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
+ Monitor document lifecycle and ensure timely updates or disposal in accordance with retention policies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative support.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, DocuWare).
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

This is a Contract position based out of Wexford, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
