• 2nd Shift Dry Ingredient Operator

    ### Job Duties

    Dry Ingredient Operator Specific Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the operations, efficiency, and quality of entire dry ingredient line.

    • Back up to Meat Preparation Operator.

    • Operate all equipment associated with dry ingredient process, which includes but not limited to, dry ingredient

    • addition, mixing, emulsification, and chub filling.

    • Finalize any paperwork during shift in an accurate, clear, and concise manner.

    • Utilize ERP System for moving in-process materials and products into and out of inventory. Using oldest ingredients first.

    • Follow all quality guidelines, Master Sanitation Schedules, and maintain a food-safe, sanitary environment.

    • Support other lines, as necessary.

    • Operate forklift as necessary.

    • Support other process functions as necessary.

    ### Minimum Education Required

    • High School diploma or equivalent.

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    • The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.

    • (2+) years working experience in a manufacturing/production facility preferred.

    • Ability to follow proper food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures and requirements.

    • Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions.

    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.

    • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

    • Forklift Certification and experience or willing to obtain.

    • Work well in a team environment.

    • Mechanically inclined, drive yourself to continually grow and develop your role.

    • Ability to adapt and accommodate change.
