    • What You’ll Do

    As our go-to paralegal, you’ll be the backbone of our personal injury practice:

    + 🔍 Investigate & Gather Evidence: Collect medical records, accident reports, and witness statements to build strong cases.

    + 📝 Draft Legal Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and court filings with precision and professionalism.

    + 📁 Manage Case Files: Keep everything organized, accessible, and up-to-date.

    + 🏥 Coordinate with Medical Providers: Ensure clients receive proper care and maintain clear communication with healthcare professionals.

    + 📞 Client Liaison: Be the friendly, informative point of contact for clients throughout their legal journey.

    + ⚖️ Trial Prep Support: Help attorneys gear up for hearings, mediations, and depositions.

    + 💰 Calculate Damages: Assess medical costs, lost wages, and pain & suffering to support claims.

    • What You Bring

    + ✅ 2+ years of paralegal experience

    + 🎓 Associate’s Degree (minimum)

    + 💻 Proficiency in drafting motions and e-filing

    + 📚 Strong legal administrative and document prep skills

    + 📄 Experience handling legal contracts

    + ⭐ Bonus: Prior experience in personal injury law is a major plus!

    This is a Permanent position based out of Nanuet, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
