    About the role:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented In-House Post Producer to oversee and manage all aspects of post-production for our projects. This role is critical in ensuring that our post-production processes run smoothly, timelines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative insight and operational expertise to guide projects from production to final delivery.

    Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

    + Oversee all post-production processes across projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.

    + Develop and maintain comprehensive post-production schedules and workflows.

    + Manage in-house editors, external editors, and post-production partners.

    + Attend shoots to identify and solve problems, ways to save time in post-production and develop a deep understanding of footage and be able to guide our post team.

    + Relay and provide clear guidance, support, and feedback to post-production partners and in house editors.

    + Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external post-production vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

    + Oversee deliverables from external vendors and in house editors to ensure alignment with project goals.

    + Develop, manage, and track post-production budgets, ensuring financial accountability.

    + Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

    + Ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative and technical standards.

    + Conduct reviews and provide feedback throughout the post-production process.

    + Establish and refine post-production workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency.

    + Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team.

    + Act as key in house liaison for post-production, with oversight from Senior Creative Producer and Creative Director.

    + Anticipate potential challenges in post-production and develop contingency plans.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 5+ years of experience in post-production management, ideally within an agency or in-house environment.

    + Proven ability to manage complex post-production timelines and budgets.

    + Strong knowledge of post-production tools, workflows, and techniques.

    + Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.

    + Experience leading teams and managing vendor relationships.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

    + Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    + A collaborative and positive approach, fostering a supportive environment within the team and contributing actively to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

    + A flexible, proactive mindset with a drive for professional growth and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    Work Environment:

    + This role is Hybrid

     

    Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

     

    The compensation band for this position is **$98,400.00 - $120,000.00** annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
