We are seeking candidates like you who are interested in developing their career in Operations and Manufacturing. Our Technical Development Program offers entry-level Engineers the ability to develop their Engineering knowledge and skills by providing hands-on training and guidance from experienced mentors. The Technical Development Program is designed to provide you with 2-3 rotations within different areas of the Geismar site in order to gain insight and understanding into your areas of interest.

+ With the completion of your degree in Engineering between December 2025 and May 2026, you will have the ability to rotate through different areas of the plant such as maintenance, reliability, plant operations, production engineering, project engineering, process and design engineering, and turnaround and outage engineering.
+ Your relevant work experience, co-ops/internships and leadership capabilities will allow you to be able to develop your technical knowledge in Plant Operations.
+ With your academic performance of a 3.0 (minimum) or higher you will be able to successfully engage with others on topics relevant to plant operations.
