THE POSITION
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a highly motivated Fiscal Management Specialist to join the PLCB team. As a Fiscal Management Specialist 2, you will be responsible for conducting audits and accounting for inventory stored in our Eastern Region Distribution Center, located in Philadelphia, PA. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will conduct and review audits and cycle counts for all inventory stored in an agency Distribution Center. You will also prepare reports and findings of fact as a result of audits and cycle counts. Additional duties will include reviewing, analyzing, and investigating any discrepancies on exception and damage reports in addition to developing reports on unaccountable discrepancies or damages detailing any associated or mitigating factors. You will also review and analyze inventory adjustments and reconcile outstanding issues.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment
+ Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
+ Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
+ Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);or
+ One year of experience in professional fiscal administration, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field;or
+ An equivalent combination of experience and training.

An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
