Job Title: MRB Coordinator
Job Type: [Full-TimeShift: 404 Thursday - Saturday & Every other Wednesday. 6p.m to 6a.m
With a 15% shift differential for working 3rds in a climate-controlled building.
Job Summary
The MRB Coordinator is responsible for systematically tracking all MRB materials and coordinating their disposition with Workcell teams, Project Management, and Materials. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains documentation, and supports compliance with safety and security policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Track the location of MRB materials systematically.
+ Coordinate the MRB signature process across Workcell, Project Management, and Materials teams.
+ Maintain inventory accuracy of MRB-designated locations.
+ Analyze MRB traveler documentation and ensure completeness.
+ Process and maintain MRB forms and records.
+ Perform accurate transactions and verify data as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
+ Comply with company security policies and procedures.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or based on business needs.
+ Minimum Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Experience in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse operations preferred.
+ Basic understanding of MRB processes and documentation.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems (e.g., SAP, WMS).
+ Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
+ Commitment to safety, accuracy, and compliance.
This will be for the 404-night shift.
