Title : Saviynt IGA Developer- ITAR Clearance required
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ 8+ years of hands-on experience with **Saviynt IGA implementation and administration** .
+ Design, implement, and manage **Saviynt IGA solutions** to support business and security requirements.
+ Develop and configure Saviynt workflows, access policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
+ Manage **onboarding and offboarding** processes, including identity lifecycle management.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to **identity governance, provisioning, and compliance** .
+ Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with **IAM best practices and regulatory requirements** .
+ Develop and maintain documentation, including **technical specifications and operational procedures** .
+ Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements and optimization.
+ Stay up to date with **emerging trends in identity and access management (IAM)** .
+ Strong understanding of **identity lifecycle management, role management, and access certification** .
+ Experience in **REST/SOAP APIs** for application integrations.
+ Knowledge of **RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and authentication protocols** (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
+ Experience with **cloud platforms** such as **Azure, AWS, or GCP** .
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The annual salary for this position is between $100K- 120K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
