About the role
As a **Senior QA Engineer IVR Testing Bilingual (Spanish)** , you will make an impact by ensuring the quality, functionality, and compliance of IVR systems that support seamless customer interactions. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional voice-based solutions.
In this role, you will:
• Oversee the testing process to validate IVR systems against business requirements and user expectations
• Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders, offering actionable insights
• Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident management and timely issue resolution
• Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to improve efficiency
• Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance testing for complete workflow validation
• Coordinate with teams using Rally, HP ALM, and Jira for seamless integration and communication
• Apply basic programming skills to automate repetitive testing tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective test plans
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Spanish to align on testing objectives

What you need to have to be considered
• Mandatory experience in Spanish IVR testing
• 8+ years of experience in test planning and execution
• 2+ years of experience managing testing teams and reporting KPIs
• Strong understanding of QA and performance engineering concepts
• Proficiency in test metrics and reporting
• Experience with SNOW for incident management
• Familiarity with Rally, HP ALM, and Jira for collaboration
• Basic programming skills for automation tasks
• Domain expertise in Payer systems
These will help you stand out
• Experience with Tosca automation framework
• Ability to train and mentor junior testers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until November 14th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 to $112,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
