About the role

As a **Senior Salesforce UAT Test Lead** who enjoys solving complex challenges, ensuring quality across platforms, and leading effective testing strategies. In this role, you’ll contribute to the success of our Salesforce ecosystem by applying your expertise in Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. You’ll collaborate across teams, work within agile frameworks, and support integration and CI/CD processes to help deliver high-impact digital solutions. In this role, you will:

• Apply SFDC knowledge to participate in business refinements and provide feedback based on application impact

• Use SOQL and schema understanding to create async jobs and extract data

• Lead integration testing efforts including P2P, middleware, and asynchronous processes

• Develop data migration strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage

• Present findings and updates effectively to stakeholders

• Communicate clearly and professionally across teams

• Contribute to technical refinement calls with estimation, scoping, and story pointing

• Lead teams of approximately 10–12 members

• Collaborate within a multi-vendor environment

• Plan and orchestrate UAT testing activities

• Provide end-to-end support and coordination for UAT testing

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Titusville - NJ USA. What you need to have to be considered

• Strong Salesforce (SFDC) knowledge (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud)

• Solid understanding of agile methodology

• Experience in test management and hands-on use of Jira Xray

• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries

• Good understanding of middleware and integration testing

• Strong knowledge of testing processes

• Ability to create test strategies and test plans

• Familiarity with UI and UX principles

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts (Git and Bitbucket)

• Experience in UAT planning, test authoring, support, and orchestration

• Team management experience (offshore-onsite collaboration, multi-vendor engagement)

• LS/Healthcare domain experience

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until November 15th, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $81,513 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
