    **Position title:** SAP Concur iXp Intern - Customer Marketing

    **Location:** Hybrid - Newtown Square, PA

    **Expected start date to end date:** December 2025 – December 202

    **W** **orking hours:** Full time 40 hrs./week

     

    The **Customer Marketing Intern** for the US SMB Client Marketing team at SAP Concur will work closely with marketing managers and cross-functional partners to support and optimize key marketing initiatives aimed at engaging and retaining SMB customers. This is a hands-on role with real deliverables tied to active programs that impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

    Execution & Optimization

    + Assist in the execution of customer marketing campaigns, including email nurtures and customer webinars

    + Help manage logistics and deliverables for webinars, such as speaker coordination, audience engagement tactics, and follow-up communications

    + Contribute to the maintenance and updates of customer campaign calendars and content plans

    Reporting & Enablement

    + Contribute to monthly performance reporting, helping to track key metrics such as email engagement, webinar attendance, and campaign ROI

    + Help maintain and organize the team’s SharePoint page, ensuring materials are up-to-date and accessible to cross-functional stakeholders

    + Assist in building enablement materials, such as campaign summaries and performance insights, for internal sharing and alignment

     

    This role delivers real business value by advancing core customer marketing objectives that directly impact SAP Concur’s success in the SMB market. The intern will work on high-priority campaigns and programs that influence **customer engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion** .

     

    This individual will work closely with our Team Lead and will be supported on a daily basis from all members of the Client Marketing team. They can expect to have access to education and learnings to build their skill set and gain valuable experience working with colleagues across the business. They will become well-versed in Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Wrike, and more.

    We are looking for a recent college graduate for a period of one year with a degree in marketing or a related field. They must have an excellent attention to detail, be extremely organized, have an open, growth mindset, and be eager to learn. This individual must have previous internship or work experience during college pertaining to the field of marketing.

    We are a small marketing field team of 6 and truly care about creating a team that works well together and cares for each other. We have weekly meetings where we share knowledge, successes, and brainstorm new ideas. We have four individuals who are local to the NSQ office, and two that are in other locations, however, we all work well in a remote environment. Since we are a field team supporting Sales and revenue, things are very fast-paced, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable in that type of environment.

    **Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
