What You’ll Do:
Strategic Support:
+ Provide executive and administrative support to 2-3 Vice Presidents within SAP's Strategic Engagement Unit (SEU), covering global leaders across different time zones to include Americas and Asia Pacific
+ Serve as back-up support to the SEU Team Executive Assistant, ensuring seamless coverage across leadership support needs
+ Anticipate VP needs and proactively coordinate across teams and functions, representing the organization with professionalism in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders
+ Identify and implement innovative practices to streamline administrative processes and improve team efficiency
+ Foster a sense of community across the SEU community and contribute to best practices across administrative network
Scheduling and Coordination:
+ Manage complex and dynamic calendars for 2-3 global VPs, balancing time zones, priorities, and competing demands
+ Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, customer sessions, and executive presentations, ensuring leaders are fully briefed and equipped
+ Act as a central contact between internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring timely communication
+ Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking meeting minutes and capturing action items
+ Admin support for new starters to the team, including ordering equipment and monitoring induction
Travel and Event Management:
+ Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, managing logistics from booking to expense management
+ Process expenses related to travel and meeting coordination in a timely manner
+ Support internal and customer-facing events, including logistics planning, room bookings, catering, executive dinners, and hospitality coordination
+ Manage finance approvals and ensure compliance with SAP’s expense and procurement policies for internal and customer-facing events
+ Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of key events, such as leadership meetings, customer workshops, and regional summits
Process Management:
+ Manage workflow items such as time-off requests, purchase orders, distribution lists, etc.
+ Assist in equipment procurement for VP and the wider team
+ Submission of Procurement Requests as needed.
What You Bring:
+ 6 to 8 years of administrative and/or business support experience in fast-paced environment
+ Experience in tech industry is preferred
+ Experience in global organization is preferred
+ Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
+ Experience with SAP internal Tools is a plus (i.e. Corporate Portal ISP, CSN)

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 59,900 - 134,600 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
