CTG is seeking a Scrum Master II to lead and mentor multiple cross-functional Agile teams, applying Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
**Location:** Buffalo, NY
**Duration:** 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
+ Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Coach teams on Agile practices, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Remove impediments and ensure workflow transparency using information radiators.
+ Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and support organizational Agile adoption.
+ Promote continuous improvement, risk compliance, and an inclusive team environment.
Qualifications:
+ Scrum Master certification required; infrastructure experience preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years Agile team experience (2+ years as Scrum Master) or equivalent experience.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple teams.
+ Knowledge of Agile/Lean principles, Design Thinking, and digital capability development a plus.
+ Experience leading through influence and fostering high-performing teams.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
