Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Jr. Customer Service Representative who can become an integral member of the team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Routinely check for incoming jobs from email

-Accurately code customer tickets in accordance with company prescribed guidelines.

-Address all client inquiries and concerns in a business-like and timely manner.

-Explain complexities and scheduling of each job before assigning jobs to operators.

-Contact clients with questions on incoming jobs regarding specifications, and deadlines.

-Double check correctness of information given on incoming correspondence.

-Verify with the Sales team prior to logging jobs out after they are completed and shipped out.

-Ensure all projects are systematically organized and properly documented.

-Ensure that front desk is clean and always organized.

-Possesses the ability to multi-task without losing focus.

-Provides back-up assistance to the production staff if needed.

-Responsible for other duties as assigned by Manager.

-Lead with professionalism and promptness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with enhancing service offerings

• Experience with Prepress and offset is a plus

• Solutions focused - ability to solve problems efficiently

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Excellent Customer Service skills and experience

• Proficiency with MSOffice

• Graphics Application skills and experience
