• On Call School Behavior Technician

    Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs in educational settings? Join our team as an On-Call School-Based Behavior Technician, serving multiple school districts across Los Angeles County. We’re looking for flexible, compassionate professionals ready to make a difference in the lives of children and teens.

     
     

    + Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in general and special education classrooms

    + Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA

    + Collect and record data on student behavior and progress

    + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors

    + Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills

     

    We work with a wide network of school districts across:

    + Pasadena

    + Alhambra

    + Monrovia

    + Burbank

    + Glendale

    + And other nearby communities in Los Angeles County

     
     

    + $22–$26/hour, based on experience and assignment

    + Paid training and supervision provided

    ? Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

    + Experience working with children or individuals with special needs

    + Reliable transportation to travel between school sites

    + Ability to work flexible, on-call hours during the school day

    + TB clearance and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

    + Must be at least 18 years old
