Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Technician

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay: Competitive hourly rates based on experience and certification
About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team in supporting children and adolescents with autism and other developmental needs across Orange County. As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with students in school or home settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
+ Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in school, home, or community settings
+ Collect and record data on client progress
+ Implement behavior intervention strategies as outlined in treatment plans
+ Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and families to support client goals
+ Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their support teams
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
+ RBT certification (preferred, but not required for all cases)
+ Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
+ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Orange County
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
