Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – School-Based

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role:

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our student health team. This school-based LVN position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of children and adolescents in an educational setting. You’ll work closely with students, families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote a safe and healthy school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to students with chronic and acute health conditions

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitor and manage student health plans, including diabetes, asthma, allergies, and other medical needs

- Respond to health emergencies and provide first aid

- Maintain accurate health records and documentation

- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student wellness

- Educate students on health topics and preventive care
