    Job Summary

    Acuity is seeking a transformational Vice President of Enterprise Talent to lead the evolution of its global recruiting and talent management functions. This role is responsible for designing and operationalizing an integrated talent strategy that encompasses global talent acquisition, talent assessment, succession planning, and internal mobility and pipeline development.

     

    This leader will oversee critical elements of the talent lifecycle – from attraction and recruitment to talent assessment, succession and internal movement – ensuring that Acuity aligns human capital capabilities with business strategy to build and sustain a future-ready workforce. The role partners closely with HR business partners and senior leaders in aligning talent practices with the business to drive measurable impact across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition** **:

    + Architect and operationalize a hybrid global talent acquisition model, shifting from a primarily outsourced approach to a high-performing, operationally efficient internal capability, balancing internal team capabilities with external support

    + Develop and execute a comprehensive, global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities, workforce planning, and future talent needs

    + Build and lead a high-performing team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

    + Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle – addressing the distinct needs of executive, exempt, non-exempt, and early-career talent – ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience

    + Assess and optimize recruiting processes, systems, and vendor relationships to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

    + Champion the employer brand and Associate Value Proposition in partnership with Corporate Communications

    Talent Management

    + Partner with HR business partners and senior leaders to develop and maintain integrated talent strategies aligned to critical business priorities and workforce needs

    + Build and maintain robust internal and external talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs

    + Lead the TM team in the enhancement and integration of talent management processes and programs, including performance management, talent assessment and succession planning

    + Establish and lead internal mobility programs that promote career development, cross-functional movement, and retention of top talent

    + Facilitate succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity and readiness across key roles

    Strategic Leadership & Collaboration

    + Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment and integration of talent strategies with broader HR and business initiatives

    + Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies and drive continuous improvement

    + Foster an environment of inclusion, learning, and high performance across the organization

    Experience

    + 15+ years of progressive experience in human resources and ideally with focus on talent acquisition and talent management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

    + Proven success leading enterprise-wide talent strategies, including TA transformation, talent assessment and succession planning

    + Deep understanding of recruiting technologies, talent management systems and data analytics

    + Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals

    + Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, influence and change leadership skills

    + Experience in growth-oriented, dynamic environments preferred

    The range for this position is $183,200.00 to $366,000.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location. Acuity offers generous benefits including health care, dental coverage, vision plans, 401K benefits, and commissions/incentive compensation depending on the role.
