    We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic School Aide / Paraeducator to join our elementary school team in Lakeville, MN. This role involves supporting students with a variety of special needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.     + Support students with special needs in classroom, small group, and one-on-one settings

    + Assist teachers with instructional tasks and classroom routines

    + Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

    + Encourage positive behavior and social-emotional growth

    + Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success

    + Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment

    ? Qualifications:

    + Required:

    + Minimum of 60 college credits or a passing score on the Paraeducator Exam

    + Preferred:

    + Previous experience working in a school setting

    + Experience supporting children with special needs

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children

    + Must pass background checks as required by the school district
