    School-Based BCBA – Los Angeles & San Bernardino Counties

    Role Overview

    As a School-Based BCBA, you will:

    + Provide consultation and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on behavior support strategies

    + Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations to identify student needs

    + Design and implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs aligned with IEP goals

    + Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive behavior and academic success

    + Supervise and support behavior technicians and other staff implementing ABA strategies

    + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, psychologists, and speech-language pathologists

    + Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making

    Compensation

    + Competitive hourly rate: $50–$60/hour, based on experience and district assignment

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

    + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field

    + Experience in school settings or with school-aged children preferred

    + Familiarity with IDEA, IEP processes, and school-based service delivery models

    + Current CPR certification (if required by district)

    + TB clearance (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray as applicable)

    + Valid health certificate (per district or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

    + Minimum age: 18 years
