    Job Overview

     

    Ebenezer is looking for a **Marketing Advisor** to join our senior cooperative team at Becketwood Cooperative in Minneapolis, MN! This position is responsible for marketing all aspects of the cooperative to interested persons.

    This marketing schedule includes;

    + 80 hours every two weeks

    + Full time, Day shift

    + No weekends

    Responsibilities:

    + Works with marketing committee and Property Manager to develop an annual marketing plan and to develop a budget that supports the established marketing plan.

    + Executes marketing activities:

    + Develops marketing collateral, website and printed materials

    + Serves as a resource to the marketing committee

    + Plans and coordinates marketing events such as open houses

    + Develops and maintains database of contacts, up-to-date records

    + Builds awareness about the HOA in the community

    + Assists with selling process:

    + Maintains waitlist

    + Schedules and conducts tours

    + Maintains regular contact with perspective buyers

    + Facilitates pre-closings and closings of unit sales

    + Promotes positive customer relations:

    + Provides guidance and resources to residents/owners/families with their transition into and out of their home

    + Creates and maintains positive on-going relationships with customers including prospects, residents, families and professionals

    Required Qualifications:

    + 1 year of previous experience

    + Real Estate License Minnesota Real Estate License within 180 Days

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree

    + 3 years
