    nou Systems is pleased to announce the contingent opening for an IDIQ Program Manager who will join our Technical Solutions team in the Huntsville, AL area and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in defense advisory services, missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. This position is contingent upon contract award.

     

    The IDIQ Program Manager (PM) serves as the single point of contact with the Government, responsible for the overall direction, management, quality, and efficiency of the contract. The PM must demonstrate proven experience managing large, complex programs and leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring operational continuity, and maintaining the professional and ethical performance of all contractor personnel.

    Responsibilities:

    + Establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility for all assigned Task Orders.

    + Ensure effective management of all resources and personnel assigned to the program.

    + Oversight authority over all awarded Task Order labor force and ensure successful completion of contract objectives.

    + Ensure all program activities meet applicable standards, policies, and performance metrics.

    + Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.

    + Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.

    + Assign, coordinate, and monitor work efforts to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.

    + Provide strategic direction, anticipate risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Minimum 12 years of related experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years directly supporting Government or DoD programs.

    + Master’s degree in a discipline related to program management from an accredited institution or Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5 additional years of relevant senior-level experience.

    + Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and understanding of program management principles, including cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.

    + Experience in developing, implementing, and executing effective plans for overall contract management, contract administration, security and training and quality assurance.

    + Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while effectively managing diverse teams.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior Government officials and internal stakeholders.

    + Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams supporting complex, mission-critical contracts.

    + Must have active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph.

    + Must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a program manager providing support to contracts of a similar size, scope and complexity is highly desirable.

    + PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
