Overview
THE ROLE:
The Senior Manager Business Insights Americas, will be responsible for the Americas regions for the evaluation, analysis, and interpretation of sales data, identifying potential metric patterns, and communicating insights related to company sales, Member activities, and the Herbalife Marketing Plan. As the lead for NAM, and supervising two leads for SAMCAM and Mexico regions, this role will oversee the regional support for all Americas, leveraging best practice and ensuring alignment and efficiencies. Utilizing deep knowledge of the Herbalife business and advanced analytical skills, the Senior Manager will leverage technology to access and integrate data from various systems, identify business trends, and monitor key performance metrics to support strategic decisions related to Members, events, promotions, sales/marketing, and overall company strategy. Leveraging subject matter experts and the global flexpool analysts, collaborating with other BIG leadership team on priorities and enhancements.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Oversee the production of monthly and quarterly reports by regional metrics, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and delivered on time. From routine reports, identify meaningful ways to interpret, measure, and evaluate issues to enhance management knowledge, support early problem identification and resolution, and promote sustainable growth in the region.
• Provide timely, accurate, and relevant business and member metrics in presentable forms such as reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Lead monthly/quarterly key summary reviews of the NAM business to executives, identify improvement opportunities, and share “Best Practices” across markets.
• Develop and oversee the creation of customized reports and PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, meetings with key leaders, and presentations at major events. Lead and participate in key meetings as required.
• Direct the preparation of ad hoc analysis and “what-if” modeling as requested by Country Managers and/or NAM executives.
• Oversee the promotion approval process to ensure it benefits local members, stimulates sustainable growth, and positively impacts the business.
• Build and develop regional partners and SME’s for Americas, and foster leadership in the wider analytics community, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence. Providing technical expertise and mentorship and socializing best practice in analytics across.
• Leverage the global flex pool analysts and SME’s to identify business opportunities to stimulate growth through reports and ad hoc analysis as requested by local and/or regional teams. Improve decision-making, monitor, and identify upcoming trends or issues that will impact the business.
• Work closely with various business departments within Americas and WW to cascade business requirements and corporate standards.
• Communicate with IS and Business Intelligence teams regarding ongoing decisions about data collection, validation, methodology, and integration of new functionalities.
• Lead and assist in events when required, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximizing impact.

Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• Extensive experience with data analysis using data warehouse analysis tools driven from multiple ERP and transactional systems. Proficiency with Power BI, Oracle, and SQL is highly advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, queries, and report writing to analyze data and consolidate reports.
• High proficiency with MS Office, particularly advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills, as well as Microsoft Access.
• Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate, understand, and interpret data from both internal and external perspectives.
• Excellent verbal and written English language proficiency, with strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and analysis results to both analytical and non-analytical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and define problems, understand business and system processes, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Superior time management and priority management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to effectively lead and manage team members across multiple locations.
• Significant experience in a multinational company or international environment.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity required.
Experience:
• The ideal candidate should have at least 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, customer analysis, or financial analysis within a major FMCG multinational, MLM, or financial industry. This experience should be in a multinational company or international environment, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and manage complex projects, collaborate across departments, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience with Web based project management tools
• Experience with Business Intelligence applications such as MicroStragegy, Cognos, Tableau.
Education
• A degree or higher level qualification in finance, business or in relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Expert knowledge of Herbalife Marketing Plan and business model
