Step right up and lead the fun! 🎢 As our Retail Manager – Cluster, you’ll oversee Retail and Admissions operations at Sea Life and Bubble Planet, making sure every guest experience is smooth, memorable, and magical. You’ll inspire your team, drive sales, partner with vendors, and keep shelves stocked and smiles shining.

You will also serve Duty Manager shifts on the floor, overseeing daily operations across all departments, setting the standard for health and safety, and providing on-the-spot guidance to keep the magic flowing for guests and team members alike. With our attractions open every day of the year, flexibility is key as weekends and holidays are when the magic truly happens! ✨

Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

+ Drive sales and guest satisfaction by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and annual performance goals, including Per Cap, Transaction Value, KPI, and Mystery Visit targets.

+ Lead, coach, and inspire the Retail Team and Admissions Team to deliver world-class, _guest-obsessed_ experiences every day.

+ Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring they are equipped for success through ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and personal development plans.

+ Manage merchandising, inventory control, and ordering schedules to maximize sales and minimize waste or loss.

+ Partner with the General Manager to plan and execute budgets, schedules, merchandising, and seasonal sales strategies.

+ Oversee stock flow and timing to optimize key trading periods and maintain IP compliance.

+ Ensure operational excellence in service, cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all Retail and Admission locations.

+ Serve as Duty Manager on a rotating basis, supporting overall attraction operations and guest experience.

+ Analyze financial and performance reports to identify trends, recommend improvements, and celebrate wins.

+ Maintain compliance with all internal audits, Health & Safety standards, and company policies.

+ Foster clear communication across the Retail Team and Senior Leadership Team, actively leading daily and shift briefings.

+ Champion fun, positivity, and teamwork while leading by example to make every day magical for guests and staff alike.

+ Perform other duties as assigned to keep the operation running smoothly and successfully.

Education and Experience:

+ 🎓 High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

+ 🎢 Minimum of three years in retail or food and beverage, including at least three years in a management role in a guest-focused environment such as a theme park, attraction, museum, hotel, or theater. Experience in high-volume retail operations is required.

+ 🛍️ Skilled in creating visually appealing merchandising displays to enhance the guest experience.

+ 🐾 A love or interest in animals is a bonus. Admissions experience is a plus but not required.

+ 💪 Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

+ 💻 Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

+ 🌟 Hands-on, self-motivated leader who inspires teamwork and consistently delivers magical guest experiences.

+ 🗣️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a passion for delighting every visitor.

Pay Range

Compensation between USD $60,000.00/Yr.-USD $70,000.00/Hr.
