    Step into the spotlight as our Retail Supervisor and help make every guest experience unforgettable! 🎢 You’ll lead the front-line Retail Team at Sea Life San Antonio with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring top-notch guest service, smooth operations, and a safe environment for both guests and staff.

     

    As a hands-on leader, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, inspiring excellence, driving efficiency, and keeping the magic alive on the retail floor. You’ll also take on Duty Manager shifts, overseeing daily operations across all departments, setting the standard for health and safety, and ensuring the fun never stops for our guests and team members alike. ✨

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead by example on the retail floor, inspiring a guest-obsessed, high-energy team.

    + Deliver world-class service and consistently meet or exceed KPIs and revenue goals.

    + Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and team development to build future stars.

    + Motivate and coach team members to reach sales and performance goals.

    + Assist with visual merchandising, inventory control, and product organization.

    + Maintain top-tier standards for safety, cleanliness, and presentation.

    + Communicate effectively through daily briefings and cross-department collaboration.

    + Solve guest concerns quickly and creatively to keep every experience magical.

    + Serve Duty Manager shifts, overseeing attraction-wide operations as needed.

    + Promote teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement in every aspect of the operation. ✨

    Education & Experience

    + 🎓 High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

    + 🎢 Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a retail, admissions, or guest-facing environment — experience in a theme park or visitor attraction is a big plus!

    + 🌟 Proven ability to stay cool under pressure and deliver five-star service, even in the busiest moments.

    + 🛍️ Strong sales skills with a sharp eye for detail and a flair for creating visually appealing displays.

    + 💬 A confident communicator and motivator who leads by example and inspires their team to shine.

    + 💻 Comfortable using computerized till systems and managing multiple priorities at once.

    + 🚀 A hands-on, upbeat leader who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and knows how to make every guest interaction magical! ✨
