Responsibilities
Reports to: Sr. Manager, myHR Services
Primary Responsibilities
The myHR Services Support Analyst will be at the forefront of driving change within myHR Services, and leveraging data to inform decisions that impact our most valuable asset—our people. Essential Functions
DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow related inquiries.
• Creates process documentation for the ServiceNow system platform and training materials for the ServiceNow users in collaboration with the myHR Services Manager.
• Responds to issues and implements immediate resolution efforts to ensure an optimal team member experience.
• Creates standard operating procedures to standardize Novolex’s processes for the myHR Services department.
• Assess HR transactions and services for opportunities; recommend and implement actions to improve process flows, and accuracy, consistency and timeliness of HR Service Team responses
• Organize and facilitate ongoing review, development, evaluation/testing, and maintenance of documentation to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of processes
• Work closely with HR leaders to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and identify service opportunities to support HR processes
• Review cases and ensure timely follow-ups. Perform case audits to ensure consistency and quality in myHR Services team responses
• Facilitate teamwork and problem-solving, and provide direction and guidance to myHR Services team members
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
• Ability to efficiently respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and outside vendors.
• Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR systems (Workday, Kronos, UKG) and reporting.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Critical-thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be proficient in various relevant computer/software programs with strong Excel and reporting skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
• Certification in SHRM-CP, PHR preferred.
