ABOUT YOU
As a Temporary Senior Executive Assistant, you are a dependable and adaptable professional who brings clarity, discretion, and efficiency to a fast-paced environment. You support leadership and teams through seamless coordination and effective communication. With strong organizational and interpersonal skills, you manage complex schedules, address operational needs, and ensure smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence contribute to streamlined daily operations and a positive experience for all those you support.
What you will do:
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support and manage scheduling for the Deputy Director of Aviation Operations and the Deputy Director of Aviation Customer Service.
+ Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and communication with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth logistics and timely follow-up.
+ Handle timekeeping, budget tracking, supply management, and contract support for both Aviation Operations and Customer Service units.
+ Serve as the Authorized Signatory for Security Badge applications and Visitor Passes, supporting onboarding and compliance for staff and guests.
WHAT YOU OFFER
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
+ 3–5 years of office administration experience in a business environment.
+ Working knowledge of PeopleSoft and ACES.
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
