Job Summary
Are you organized, proactive, and eager to launch your project management career in Talent Acquisition? As a Jr. Project Manager, you’ll help drive operational excellence across our global TA programs. You’ll support issue resolution, project delivery, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives that ensure our TA team runs efficiently and delivers a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and managers worldwide.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
**· System Support** : Provide support for the global TA Team, including monitoring and resolving tickets, testing enhancements and troubleshooting issues.
• **Audits & Compliance** - Conduct audits of recruitment data, workflows, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• **Project Coordination** : Assist in planning, tracking, and executing TA operations projects (e.g., system upgrades, process rollouts, compliance initiatives).
• **Process Improvement** : Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and recommend solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
• **Reporting & Analytics** : Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership; analyze data to inform decisions and measure project impact.
• **Documentation** : Maintain project plans, process documentation, FAQs, and training materials for TA operations initiatives.
• **Meeting Support** : Schedule, attend, and facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• **Stakeholder Engagement** : Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and vendors to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, HR/TA operations, or a related support role.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS platforms and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition projects.
• Experience with Eighfold.ai and/or SuccessFactors.
• Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or dashboarding.
• Comfort with change management and training delivery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 83,300 - 124,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
