Overview
The Marketing Influencer Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to promote our client’s brand, enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. This includes developing relationships with influencers, creating content, analyzing data, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and partnerships. We’re looking for someone who pairs creativity with performance: a results-oriented marketer with a strong track record of delivery in influencer marketing, relationship management, and outcome-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
+ Identify and recruit relevant influencers, with a strong emphasis on YouTube long-form creators, while also engaging Instagram and TikTok partners for short-form amplification.
+ Manage influencer programs end-to-end, from creator sourcing, negotiation, and contracting to campaign execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
+ Plan and drive a consistent pipeline of influencer content each month, ensuring high-quality storytelling that highlights product benefits and user value.
+ Collaborate with influencers and agencies to develop compelling creative concepts, campaign ideas, and content deliverables.
+ Build and maintain strong, long-term influencer relationships, fostering repeat partnerships and deeper brand advocacy.
+ Manage execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Monitor influencer-generated content for brand alignment and compliance with guidelines.
+ Track and report performance metrics, views, traffic, engagement, conversions, and continuously optimize strategy and creator mix for stronger results.
+ Stay current on platform trends, new creators, and evolving best practices to unlock new opportunities and enhance influencer impact.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of influencer marketing experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns that drive measurable results
• Experience in consumer electronics strongly preferred with the ability to turn product features into compelling, benefit-driven stories
• Social-native mindset with deep fluency in YouTube long-form as well as TikTok and Instagram content formats and creator ecosystems
• Creative storyteller with a solid grasp of digital and influencer trends and experience developing campaign ideas that drive audience engagement.
• Performance driven with strong analytics skills including CPM, CPC, conversion, ROI and the ability to optimize strategy based on data
• Proficient in influencer and analytics platforms such as CreatorIQ and FastMoss with the ability to manage high volume monthly video deliverables
• Highly organized with strong operational skills including managing contracts briefs payments invoicing logistics and deadlines
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with influencers agencies and internal partners
• Adaptable fast-moving creative problem solver with grit and a continuous optimization mindset
• Knowledge of brand safety disclosure and legal standards for influencer partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of content creation and storytelling.
• A curious and creative mindset to develop innovative campaign ideas for influencers.
• Experience in brand building, digital strategy, community management, influencer outreach, content creation and industry trends.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000
