I. Job Summary
The Manager will play a significant role in the design and implementation of business-unit project management and process changes that impact customers and business operations. Additionally, will be responsible for managing a team accountable for business project management and ad-hoc support spanning multiple functional areas across the business unit.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Manage team of primary liaisons to the IT/Digital organization on all customer and business-related tactical and strategic efforts; driving process improvements, designing business requirements, implementing change, and developing solutions that impact multiple departments and business units, requiring integration and coordination.
+ Manage a team that provides project management support for the business unit.
+ Support recurring and ad hoc analytics needs for the business unit.
+ Manage and prioritize teamwork, provide direction, support, and escalation to the team. Coach and develop employees.
+ Manage relationships and routines with key stakeholders and partners.
+ Define, maintain, and enforce project management processes, policies, standards, and methodologies to achieve efficiency and consistency.
+ Act as a liaison between senior management, project teams, and stakeholders, providing regular reporting on project status and performance.
+ Ensure that all projects align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
+ Manage business unit strategic road map, priorities and project benefits.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business, Technology or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
+ High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
+ 6 years with employee technology tools including software and hardware systems utilized within contact centers (in addition to education requirement)
B. Preferred Qualifications
+ PMP (Project Management Professional)

Office: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $118,030-$176,341. This range represents a good-faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
In addition, this position is eligible for a bonus.
