This is a bargaining unit position in the IAM AW Union. Starting wage:*$26.180 per hour.*

*Key Functions:*

* Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety policies and procedures.

* Actively participate in a team-based work environment with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and respectable work ethics.

* Successful applicants will train in a variety of positions, including cleanup and equipment operation.

* Ability to interpret work instructions and complete tasks as delegated.

* Utility labor such as picking up debris, sweeping, relieving production employees.

* Apply good housekeeping standards to your work area or any area you observe.

* Crosstrain in production roles and be able to fill in when short-handed.

* Activities involving safety, quality, and process reliability improvements.

* Demonstrate a desire to achieve and take pride in your work.

* Able and willing to work in varying seasonal climate conditions.

* Operate and monitor various machine centers.

* High school diploma or GED.

* Willingness and ability to work all shifts and wear all required personal protective equipment.

* Stable, documented work history.

* Willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills.

* Demonstrated dedication to safety.

* Positive attitude and good work ethic.

* Ability to do demanding work (lift to 50 pounds).

* Resume detailing education and work history is required for consideration.

* Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

*Compensation:*Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. We are targeting a pay range of*$*/*26.180*/*per hour*based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience.
